A detail-oriented designer, Lisa Ann Scott can execute cohesive design concepts from finishes and architectural details, through procurement of FF&E and installation. Drawing from her previous experience in hospitality and high-end residential design, she excels at developing spatial adjacencies, interior architecture and designing furnishing packages that align with each projects’ overall design aesthetic and brand story. It is important to Lisa Ann that the communities are not merely thoughtfully designed, but that they also meet budget, construction timelines, and, most importantly, they function well for end-users. Her technical skills include schematic design, space planning, programming development, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, renderings and custom furniture design.

  • Parc Huron, Multi-Family, Chicago, IL

    • Amenity area renovation in a 221 unit luxury apartment complex.

  • Blakeford at Green Hills, IL/AL/MC, Nashville, TN

    • Renovation and expansion of senior living campus with 180 independent living units, 52 assisted living beds, and 85 skilled nursing/memory care units. Included new 124,000 square foot independent living tower, 7,850 square foot assisted living residences, and 1,500 square foot campus commons addition.

    • A seven-story building with 134 assisted living apartments and memory care units with associated common areas and two rooftop patios.

    • A 250,000 square foot building with 214 active adult apartments and approximately 12,000 square feet of amenity space.
